Great customer services, and price for the unit too.

Did everything online & went to the facility. Easy to find the unit, very clean. Good deal for the size.

Online function was not accurate but Robin and the on site manager were great.

I had to come back twice, because even though the office was open, the only employee was not there. If my unit was prepped and ready to go, why was the light bulb burned out? Neither observation is a deal breaker, but there is room for improvement.

When I first contacted the main line, I was told that a military discount was going to be offered. Once in the facility, the manager told me that it requires several documents to upload. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m storing my wifeﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s car and sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s deployed in Cuba. I was not qualified to receive the discount. I just wanted to complete the registration process and leave.

I got a great parking spot for my trailer. The staff was very helpful & courteous. They got me set up and all the paperwork done pretty quick.

I was flustered and tired. The Staff was calm, professional, gracious and encouraging. The Storage spaces were convenient, clean and easily accessed 24x7 Not only no complaints ... I would recommend them highly!

The facility is clean, easy access, no lines. In general I am very satisfied.

From the moment I called concerned I was running late on my travel time from MA to destination in VA I was well received. When I arrived I was well informed of the fine print, expectations & contract. The young man who gave myself and family above and beyond service truly made me feel quite comfortable leaving, literally, my entire life at their fascility.

The staff was extremely helpful, and showed me a number of different units so I could determine the exact size I needed.They also assisted with a full range of box sizes and other packing. Definitely a very friendly place.

Booked on line which worked out very well. When I did call customer service they were very helpful. Everything went as planned which was especially important since we were really doing all of it long distance. The facility was clean and just what we needed. The clerk setting us up when we arrived was very helpful and pleasant. They were ready for us when we arrived.

This is the first time I have had a storage unit and am impressed with the customer service and the facility.

This CubeSmart facility is in a great location. It is fairly new and spaces are easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

The manager was excellent but one staff member in the office isn't very knowledgeable and he has a horrible rapport with customers.

Adam the manager was wonderful because I ordered the unit online and when I got to evethe facility it wasn't in their records. Luckly I had the conformation on my cell and the deal and they gave it to me. Took a little longer to check in but I was happy. They showed us the unit which was very clean, in fact everything about the place was clean. I will tell people about this place.
