I have rented a different storage unit for over 5 years. They were over 5 miles away, and higher rates to start out In the last few months they hiked the rental up and then the insurance cost until I could no longer afford it. I found this unit online,and in addition to being half the cost of the old one it is right down the street. I had a problem with my access code, but they responded quickly and fixed the problem
