Storing contents of my mom's estate. Most items are very valuable and irreplaceble. I feel they are safe there, the only concern is the road leading in has several very deep, unavoidable potholes, currently filled with rain water, so unsure of the depth. Very narrow lane, difficult to get a large truck in.

I prices a storage unit super close to my house, it was going to be $88, I then priced Dominion Storage and the same size unit cost me $40.They were super nice, it works for what I need. Aunjae checked me in and she was amazing, did a great job!

Clean the place up and the lock I was sold didn't fit very well.

First I meet with renters they wore in dominion facility before me the places is not clean but cheap very hard for big truck to pass other than that everything is ok

Called three times during normal business hours; call was picked up each time by a call center during. Wanted to first make an appointment to go see a unit before renting; there is normally not an attendant on site. The first two calls, the agent put on hold because she had to call another number since someone is not normally at the storage site; both times my call got cut off. So what happens the third time (even after I told her that my call had been cut off twice after being put on hold) - she wanted to put me on hold again! I told her I was going to look elsewhere.

no security, no one on the property to assist you really looks like a DUMP not a storage facility
