Danielle was excellent. She walked us through several options and helped us pick the right unit for our needs.

We went to the storage after office hours, follow the instructions of going into the office with my passcode to get a cart but weren't able to before the office was lock. Therefore we had to carry our stuffs.

We needed storage for our deck furniture while we have a new deck built, so this is short term. I signed up online and went to the facility and completed the transaction. The staff was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. I returned the next day and started storing our furniture.

After a brief internet search for local self-storage I went to the Public Storage facility fairly close to my house (about 2-3 miles). Since I had filled out some information online, the in-person rep was able to process my rental very quickly and showed me around as well. It was about as smooth a "shopping experience" as one could hope for.

It seems odd that a place that advertises as "climate control" has to sell containers to battle humidity. Also, seems like a scam that you have to pay for a lock rather than being able to put your own lock on the door.

Getting our storage unit was quick and Enily was very professional and helpful.

first time in seven years, we were asking for lower rate, but rejected it without explanation. Therefore, canceling the unit we have been using, and signed up for new unit with an excellent rate. Whole process was not pleasant and not efficient.

Overall a great value. However, I am disappointed that in three weeks that I have had my storage unit reserved and in use, the entry gate has still not been repaired. I understand that this is a custom gate and when it was damaged by another patron, that a replacement was not immediately available. However, every time that I have content to or from the storage unit, I have never encountered anyone who checked if I had a legitimate need to be there. I am also unable to locate the security camera on the row where I am storing my content. Perhaps it is extremely well hidden, in which case I would owe you an apology for doubting that you have one in the first place...

Friendly, polite, and efficient service! Nice, clean, dry facility. However, because people are so inconsiderate and hide/take the carts, you can only use those during the times the office is open.

I just want for everyone to know I have rented in numerous states but never have I ever been treated so kind and so special as I have at this public storage!!! Karen who I'm not sure if just an employee or management could not do enough for me!!! Kindness is free and she certainly is a perfect example of a human being that is the kindest most patient young women and that's hard to come by!!! Her personality is one I pray for everyone to be!!!

Karen was AMAZING!! She was really nice and very informative. The property is spotless and organized. It's easy to get in and out of you just drive up and put your code in! I would definitely recommend renting at this property with Karen!
