I'm selling my house and I'm in the process of emptying its contents so I can upgrade a few things before I sell it. Errol, the young man that helped me, did a great job showing me the facility and explaining how things work. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. My unit is very clean and easy to get to. I made a good choice.

The unit was clean and appeared to be pretty well protected from flood.

I arrived for my appointment and no one was in the office but there was a sign on the door be back in 20 minutes. I tired calling no answer. The manager arrived 30 minutes late. He apologized but I asked why didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t he just give me a call to push my appointment back instead having arrive and wait all that time. He stated a customer would let him leave, I thought I was a customer as well. Really wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy with the way things started.

The cart/dolly available was dilapidated. Other than that, everything as expected. The manager was very professional and clear.

Very slimy. They lure you in with a good rate, then slip a huge increase past you when you're not looking. Make sure if you decline their insurance you get a hard copy - they'll bill you for that as well. Lastly - you DON'T have to use their $25 lock. Bring your own. The people working there are nice enough, but have been trained to lie either overtly or by omission. Absolute bait and switch.

My experience at the Public Storage I utilized was great. Beigie was a great help and made my first experience with renting a storage facility quick and painless.

Clean, organized and easily accessible. Hitoshi was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I won't store my belongings anywhere else in the area.

Found the right space for the right price. Got great service and help from Beigie. He made it a breeze to setup everything and even made sure my unit was clean before moving in.

Great experience. Mr. M. Ali was very kind and welcoming. Tour of the property was quick and clean. They are very quick too call when you reserve your rate. Would recommend, and very convenient to my home.

The location was very nicely managed for the move in and was very friendly. Biegie, which I think I spelled wrong, knew his job and handled us very well with doing the basics without skipping anything and then following through with care and diligence.

Advertised as first month for a $1. Then once I proceed to fill out the forms, I am told I have to buy a public storage lock for $20 (retail at uhaul is $10) and that there is a processing fee of $20. What processing? I filled in the form online and they only thing they did was print it out so I could sign it. Why doesn't the website say you need a certain lock to rent a unit? The facility, price and staff are worth the hassle but I feel as though there is some bait and switch going on with the fee and lock cost not clearly shown on the website.

The property manager knew exactly what I wanted, only had to show me one unit, knew that time was of the essence so helped me quickly & honestly answered my questions. He made the process stress free, was very personable & professional.

We purchased a climate controlled unit only to find out the top 2 feet of the unit are completely exposed to the main hallway! Anyone off the street can come in and take a peek at all of our stuff. And if they want to take it, they simply have to remove two screws on one of the cross bars and they have 2 feet of access with no security cameras! It's not secure at all! Public Storage in all other aspects has been great (I.e. Billing, customer service etc). But this facility is pathetic and should not be included under the Public Storage brand.
