Online rental with outstanding customer service, the unit was clean and ready for move in.

Pricing is amazing, the customer service over the phone was excellent and the process was quick and easy. My only concern is how hot it is in the storage units. I personally wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t store any electronics inside.

If they keep my 10X15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit close to the price I paid at move-in, I will be a customer for decades.

This storage unit is close to my house and very convenient. Also the cheapest unit I could find. There was a mix up on the lock, I didn't realize they put it in the unity for me, and the office was supposed to be open when I moved in, but no one was there. I called the number but no one answered. I had to leave and go purchase a lock and waste about an hours time. When I went to the unit, there was a used dirty lock on the floor of the unit. I used my new one and got reimbursed for the one that was left for me. All in all, I am there for the price.

Nick, manager on duty, was incredibly helpful with our move-in process. The size unit that I reserved was unavailable, so he upgraded us to next size up for the same price. Additionally, when we discovered a small leak in an overhead pipe, he quickly found us another unit. Even with all of that, the check in process was quick and efficient. Not the easiest place to get in and out of, but super clean and the location is convenient for what we need. I recommend them highly.

I was able to reserve, complete the move-in in the same day without any issues

So far so good. The facility is clean and very accessible. The gate is kept open during the day, I love not having to stop to put the code in and out.

Jennifer was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She explained everything in detail and I walked away very happy. She provided EXCELLENT customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this location to store your stuff.

Not happy anymore. They decided to replace the roof a few weeks after we moved our stuff in. Did not notify us. All of our things are covered in construction debris. When I called I was given the managers # who had not called back.

Jenifer was great. Answered all the questions I had. She definitely deserves a promotion. Great customer service and smile. Great experience ! Have been here for two years and it has been amazing.

Locks are pricy

While I don't agree with the policies of Public Storage, the people I have dealt with in person (those fighting in the trenches), are good people and do what ever they can within the great limitations of self serving policies. Public storage cates about one thing. The bottom line. The properties do not get the fundimg they need to be serviced leaving the managers to make due and make excuses. It is very unfortunate. Again, good employees, so so company.
