I appreciated the simple and speedy admin process. My storage bay is easy to access and there is plenty of maneuver room for my truck and trailer. Only concern was the opening in the top of the storage space. I can see the heavy wire mesh that separates storage areas, but was a little concerned about unauthorized access from above.

Mohammed Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get a unit right before closing for the day. It was fast and easy! Easy to access my unit and it is not too crowded. Perfect price and first month for a dollar deal!!

Thank you to Netu at Manassas, VA Public Storage for setting up my account, showing me the storage space that I requested, and always being such a happy, smiling face during my visits. Netu also helped us out of a jam when we had a delivery sent to the storage space because the truck would not fit in our parking lot - she called before the driver had even left to let us know that the items had arrived and "babysat" them until we could arrive to pick them up.

Nice and clean place, prices are a little lower then in Reston. The representative, Natasha, is knowledgable in terms and conditions, rates and discounts. She is professional and courteous. It is a good location to consider to rent at.

A few weeks back I was looking into getting a storage unit. I walked into this location and right away I was greeted. The young lady working answered all the questions I had and even showed me a unit she thought would be best for my needs. 10/10 recommend this location. I believe the young lady who was working is Natasha or Natalie. I'm sorry I can't remember but it was defiantly 5 star service.

The young lady that helped me, I think her name was Melissa or Jennifer (sorry), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took me on a tour of the facility and showed me two units so that I made the best choice for my storage needs. Thanks a bunch! Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

When ever I always move i always choose public storage.This last experience was great. The manager Brandy at the Manassas, VA location was Very attentive. Quick response time to return messages and called to follow up on how our move in was coming along. I love that public storage always have great specials on the prices.
