It was a very easy and efficient process to rent a unit. The manager on site was very professional. The unit was very clean and secure. The push carts on site were very helpful to move heavy items. I would highly recommend.

I was at this location to pay my bill before I went to work and a sweet young lady called Jennifer was able to help me and asked me if the unit I have was working out for me. I do plan on downsizing and she provided me with all the information I needed to know. Very friendly and great personality!!

Good staff. Storage hallway smells like mold / mildew.

Good price. Units seem smaller than they advertise. The lighting is poor for some units. Otherwise, it is decent. No major complaints.

My experience at Public Storage in Manassas Park, VA this past weekend was outstanding! Mr. Foster and Ms. Hill were wonderful. They have great customer service skills and go above and beyond to ensure that you have what you asked for and cover questions that you do not think to ask. Ms. Hill informed me of the specials that were ongoing, ensured that I understood how the facility operates, and that I was comfortable with my selection. They are a wonderful team!!
