No hassle at all. Signed up thru squareFoot an went to storage facility and signed the contract. Christian at the storage units is the best. He went over everything w me, showed the unit to me, gave me the code for gate and the keys to the lock and I was on my way. I highly suggest them

I was extremely satisfied with my move-in. Jessica was very very friendly and helpful. When I called earlier in the day to find out what I needed to bring the lady on the phone told me that January counted as my first month and I didnt believe that was very fair since there was only 5 days left in the month. So she told me that if I paid for the 5 days then I could have February for free instead. I agreed to do that. She said she would put it on my reservation. When I got to the property my reservation wasn't changed. I explained what KIa had told me on the phone and Jessica had no problem fixing it and made my day. I happily got a whole monrh for free instead of 5 days and the monthly rent was actually cheaper than I was originally told because I got a discount for paying online. Jessica really went above and beyond. This was my first time using Storage Rentals of America and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. I always used Public Storage before and was majorly having problems and overpaying. Storage Rentals has won me over and gets 5 stars from me. Thanks Jessica for your awesome service.
