Cardinal State Storage - Martinsville

I asked for an easy to get to unit, and was told I was given one. However, that was a LIE...I need time to see. Too early to tell.

I needed to get booked and moved in all in the same day, and this facility delivered with stupendous, efficient service entirely online and over the phone. They offer a great range of storage options, no upfront payment, and excellent security that truly protects your belongings. My only critique is the move-in transparency: there is no one on-site, which might frustrate the average person if they don't realize they just need to make a quick call to get gate access. Adding clearer on-site instructions explaining that help is just a phone call away would make this flawless. That minor detail aside, their remote support provides better coverage than any traditional facility can offer. I’ve already recommended them to family and friends, and I would absolutely use them again!

This facility is clean, easy to get into and the ground level entry facilitated placing items into the storage space.

Only concern is the gate has been open each time I have been there.

I called and left a message.. because I was confused about the online process… which was through a thrid party company.. I was on the phone with them … and Sterling was calling and I clicked over and talk to him he made the process work so perfectly and gave my mind some ease… grateful for sterling assistance on the day I got my unit …
