First time using a storage unit. Rashid was extremely helpful and made the process easy. Paperwork was straightforward and Rashid was great at pointing out the critical items. Slight smell in the buildings, only experienced when finding an available cart.

This place is awesome! With all the moving we've been doing lately it was great to have one less thing to worry about! I was helped by Lauren the other night. She stopped me before I was entering the building and let me know that if i was going to vacate she would stay a little bit late for me to do so. And she did and I thank her so much for helping me save $500. Thanks Lauren, you are always so helpful!

Great place to get storage.. i wasn't sure about renting here due to increasing of rent but an old friend told me that this is the place to go. I came into this location and was greeted by two great managers! I highly recommend this place. Not only is it great management but very clean. I've stored at cube smart (which I don't recommend due to termites...) and Ill never go back after renting with public storage. Thank you Lauren and Rockell for making my renting adventure great again!

Aida was pleasant. The storage facility has lots of cameras and is clean and safe. While it says the 1st month is free, I was charged $57 because of the Administrative fee, insurance and my lock and keys. Overall, pleased with the facility and will continue using them for all of my storing needs

I have been a Public Storage customer in McLean, VA for the past 15 years. I have been treated with kindness and understanding by the people in the office. Especially Mr. Hussein. What would really make me happy would be consideration on Public Storage's pricing structure for long term rentals. I get an annual increase, however it seems it's been over 10% each year and never the same rate of increase. Other than that "Good job" Public Storage for hiring such great people.
