I reserved online and also did the paperwork online. It was easy. Got a great price! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s $100 cheaper than the storage I moved out of and it was the exact same size! Clean units. Elevator is easy and large. The lady that works there is very helpful and nice!

My movers greatly misjudged the size of the unit i needed. I had a 10 by 15 and ended up in a 10x30, the reserving and upgrading was made simple by the staff at life storage. Process was frustrating to say the least. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have ability to fill out all of the paperwork online, most storage units offer this now. Then after 10 minutes of completing paperwork and emailing my insurance info, I go to the gate and my code doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Guess what staff is on break and wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer the phone and door is locked! Finally someone comes out and tries the number they gave me and it still didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. More waiting and staff tries again, still doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Still canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access my unit! I paid and now have NO ACCESS to my unit, beyond horrible! Now we have to wait for another person that can fix the issue while I have a Uhaul full of stuff waiting to unload and a tight schedule. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend this place around lunch time as they wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be here or if you have a schedule to follow. Still canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access my unit an hour later!

I make an online reservation for a 5X10 unir, but the next day I went back to my reservation and make a change for a bigger unit. The moving day the unit was no ready and was no reservation, because if you make reservation online and then make changes the system automatically canceled both reservations. The customer service representative told to go back home to do a new reservation.
