Called several places and all were too pricey with a ton of extra fees. Called Extra Space and was taken care of within 15 minutes and never had to come to office, pay a arm and leg and excellent customer service.

Arrived at 10:15am. Office was closed even tho it was betw. work hours. Long wait on emergency number. Online process would not complete. Very unfair to elder people who don't do computer. Finally got in after hours. Had to pay tow truck $100 extra for wait time. Absolutely awful. I need compensation from Life Storage.

The customer service I received by Kim (sorry, can't remember her last name) was over the top amazing. She took so much time with me to make sure the storage units that were available would fit my needs. She visited almost every single unit currently available with me and provided pricing, dimensions, site details and plenty of follow up. She is a gem and represents LifeStorage superbly!

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
