Extra Space Storage - 4203 - Midlothian - Commonwealth Centre Pkwy

Extra Space Storage is a well lit, clean, well kept storage facility. What made it even better was meeting other storage facility renters- it was like joining a new club/ organization. It's always great to meet new people - especially if they can return a friendly hello or wave. "Virginia is for Lovers"- that was the state's motto when I lived here during my childhood.

Reservation and check in was quick and pleasant. Mr. Johnson did a fantastic job explaining the process of move in, terms of contract and did a personal walk through with me. The facility is clean, well lit and very secure. I would highly recommend this facility to others for storage needs.

I thought Life Storage's monthly fee was pretty standard, however, I did not expect to pay an additional charge for renter's insurance. Not at all pleased with adding that to my budget.

Good but they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell in advance I had to purchase their renters insurance.

After a long day - driving through heavy rains and enduring the delay of an auto accident - we appreciated Sheila's cheerful welcome and straightforward guidance during the tour, signing the contract, and payment options. The facility appeared spotless, and the a/c - wonderful after having packed and unloaded. We rent in another location, and although the unit is "climate controlled," cannot tell. No question Life Storage's units have a/c, which means our items won't face exposure to the summer humidity.
