Public storage self storage was the easiest process I have ever experienced renting out storage space. They were the only place in the area that had the size unit I needed. The self storage online purchase of my unit was very professional and convenient. I am impressed and would definitely recommend to others.

I signed up on Saturday and will be canceling this week. I specifically told the rep that my HOI would cover the unit. She gave a brochure and told me to make sure my insurance covered the items. I was shocked to get an email from the insurance company thanking me for my business. Not a good business practice.

Robin was a pleasure to deal with in setting up my storage space. The process wasn't overly complicated, and she was great at helping me make choices to fit my situation without me feeling like I was being pushed to buy things. The property is very nice and I found the pricing very competitive considering the security and quality of their offerings, and the items they have for sale in the shop are actually well-priced, too. I was expecting them to be high because of the convenience, but they are about the same or lower than stores in the area. It's convenient to be able to buy things like boxes, moving blankets, and bubble wrap, and it's cheaper than breaking your stuff. Overall, a very nice experience.

This facility was superb! I needed storage space for 6 months and was concerned about damage from humidity, heat and cold so I rented two indoor units at this facility. Temperature control was always great. I was also concerned about pests and rodents. After unpacking my boxes and furniture, I have found NO evidence of either. This place is clean, tight, well maintained and well managed. Kim, the property manager, was always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests. Her sales agents were also very helpful. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience here and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of extra storage in the area.

This facility is cost effective, very convientent and incredibly clean. Security is visibly good. I have used others in the area and will only use this Public Storage in the future since I intend to stay in the area.

Public Storage personnel I encountered were fantastic and provided great customer service. They exceeded my expectations. My issue is the reservation process. I didn't like the pricing structure of paying one price if you walk in to reserve a unit verses reserving a unit online. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. So in order to save about $15 a month I had to go on my iphone and reserve my unit while I was standing in the Public's Office. The paper work is the same regardless of which way you reserve your unit. Provide the same price across the board no matter how you reserve a unit.
