We are between the Fire Station and Bojangles in the Hidenwood section of Newport news, minutes away from Christopher Newport University. This newly built self storage facility offers units with quick and easy access climate control storage. We can accept deliveries for our business tenants who provide us with a valid business license, and can also book your entire move through our Trusted Movers Network at a discounted rate Our self storage managers are ready to help you select the right space for your storage needs and tips on the best way to pack your goods safely. For your convenience we are open 7 days a week at AAAA Self Storage on Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm. Reserve or rent your unit online today. To show our appreciation to our Military Personnel for their service: At time of move-in, any military personnel (or their family members) will receive a free disc lock plus their first months Customer Goods Protection and Administrative fees waived. While moving and securing storage simultaneously, Nigel, whom Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve yet to meet in person, was very accommodating and made sure I was able to move in after the office was closed. Spoke with Karen initially over the phone, very helpful. Met her the next business day, efficient and professional. Facility is very clean.

The ceiling is high up in your space, meaning you have plenty of room to stack as many boxes and what not as you want. The representatives were nice and explained the process thoroughly. I recommend this place, the price is alright, better than other climate controlled units in the area. Check them out.

I reserved this unit for friends who were out of town. They loved the space to store their things. I have since recommended this facility to someone else.

Friendly, courteous service. Clean space. Plus a clean restroom to boot. 5 stars. My only concern is that when I key in after hours, other folks try to slide in without entering their combination. I look like the "bad cop" when I tell people they are not allowed to tail me without entering a combination, and then I see another customer let them right in. Please consider clear signage by the door that discourages tailing in.

Our original move-in date was scheduled for Sunday and they allowed us to move in a day early as we got into town early, excellent customer service. We were able to get one month free and our other two months discounted, so great cost as well. Super clean facility, elevators and carts to help load your unit.

Overall itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice space. Close to CNU so good for college students, clean, efficient check in. Overall nice. If you want to check in, however, make sure you get there with a lot of time to spare. The office closes at 6 and I got there at 5:30 and was told (rather sharply) that I had to come back the next day because there was one other person in line ahead of me. The person working the next morning was lovely, however, and once I was actually able to check in, everything went smoothly.

Very satisfied with this facility. I reserved online and ended up calling to ask questions and I spoke with the manager and he was very helpful. I went in right after call to view the sizes of the units and the lady at the front helped me. (dont remember her name) She was very professional and helped me select the right unit for me. The facility was very clean. I also believe the pricing for the units for an indoor unit were very well priced compared to others.

The place is huge, but easy to navigate once I got my walk through to my unit. The access is great with options to get to my unit easier if certain corners are too tight to cart my stuff to through a hall. Customer service was simple and nice to do business with. Karen really manages the facility well. And Nigel is nice and easy to communicate with. They both followed up to make sure I was ready and able to get my storage unit. But give me more time to see how things work out.
