I did my reservation online got there and she just asked me to confirm and tht was tht she gave me my number and I went right to my storage.

Set up reservation on internet - went in and had a painless closing. Good use of technology to make quick measure of the rental process. Some problems with mis-labeled units slowed the actual field process.
