Chrissy was great! This place isdefinitely a one stop shop which is convenient The unit was clean. She even recommended some things that would protect my stuff from the creepy crawlers which was my biggest fear. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and her Southern Twang is just adorable!

The people are great. The property has drainage issues. Some units will flood in heavy rain.

Our move in went very smooth, without any hassles. Good value.

Public Storage was quick to accommodate my needs for storing my things. However, they required the purchase of a $20 lock in order to secure my items. Considering the monthly price as well as the move-in and administrative fees, it is ridiculous to require customers to pay an additional $20 for a cylinder lock in order to have a secured space. I would have been much happier if I could've provided a lock I already own, instead of spending $20 on a lock that I will never use again after my time at public storage is expired. Public Storage should provide these locks to customers.
