Made the transitional move smoother

Just moved in so can't say much yet. Got there just before closing time and the manager stayed until we left to be sure our gate code worked for us. That was very thoughtful and kind of her.

The two lovely ladies that assisted us with securing a unit were more than helpful. Both Erica and Stella were knowledgeable and pleasant...a shining example of customer service.

Absolutely marvelous! The property manager Krista was awesome! She was very knowledgeable which assisted me in making the correct decision! Krista's compassion and concern for me as the customer made me feel like good family!!! She was awesome!!! I had absolutely no problems whatsoever! Krista really should be commended!

Sharlaski is nice, the other girl not do much! Am being charged an extra $30 a month with no explanation or 7 day notice per my agreement. Very surprised with the level of service being thstvwe have used public storage before.

Great customer service throughout the entire process

The storage unit was clean and ready to for me to move in and the Site Manager Robin was very friendly. I enjoyed the entire process.

Staff was great, unit was clean and a correct size, much easier than I expected.

The friendly atsomsphere of the management made it a pleasure to stop by from time to time to check on my storage. I never worried about anything because I knew that everything was safe and secure.
