Upon arriving on my move-in date, I discovered that the front gate was broken and open. Police were present, waiting for a client whose locker had been broken into. First impressions are difficult change...

I had called numerous times prior to my move in day but no one would begin my registration until the day of my move-in. When I arrived I made the call in and was working with the first 'Agent' and when he hit a wall he said he would peak with management and call back in 30 min. He did not call back. I called in again and the person said they were having the same issue and transfered me to a manager this time (significant improvement). The manager had me done in 15 minutes. After that moving into my spot was a chore. The spaces are not 10x20 at all more like 6x15. The person next to me could barely fit back into their spot as I figured out my situation. The over look of the place is half dirt lot full of abandoned cars. One has been there the entire Gras has grown over top of the car. No mowing spaces are not level. 75% are dirt. (Guess I got lucky with a paved spot.) I am not entirely sure I am not getting what I pay for but someone needs to look into this place personally because the upkeep is more 'security' than actual work on the property. Please do better
