Had my unit about 2 years & am totally satisfied with everything!… staff - location- price-convenience-I store mainly seasonal items.

Extended my reservation 5 days. Great price.

I just rented a unit here, but my comment is regarding the staff who were very knowledgeable and courteous.

The girls was so nice and very much on the job they give very good customer service. Its the best customer service I've seen and have gotten in along time.people just don't care about people and are just so rude but your girls at my storage .are doing a 200% service. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and prompt. I got my lease agreement signed and into my unit in about 15 mins. Couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent place to do business for your storage needs

I had a nice talk with the Site Manager about my complaints and I have to say she was really encouraging. She apologized for the wait and said the change of password was an accidental, just an auto reflex on the paperwork. The storage units I have to say Are well protected & clean. I feel safe with my things being stored here. I am pleased the staff is understanding.

I ended up being here for 3 hours due to others in line & only one representative. My friends had to unload my truck without my help. I felt like the information I had filled out online should not have had to be repeated. Nor did I feel good about being forced to sign for rental insurance. I already had it & was told she couldn't rent it to me without it. Those papers were packed. Thank goodness for a quick guy at my Insurance Company because I found it online. There should have been a clause for insurance not forced to purchase. My password on the my storage site was changed after I had my acct already set up. What's up with that ?

Upon entering the gentleman that waited on me was so helpful explained everything to me, walked me to my United made sure that I understood everything... Customer service A plus.

It took so long and the rep had to keep stopping. But i understand because she had no relieif. The first unit shown to me was old and dirty. So i opted to get one of the newer units which was nicer.

easy process and good customer service

I have a 10month lease on East Campus, and didn't have enough room in my car to make one trip to nova and one trip back for the summer months. I've got a 5x10 unit and its enough to store my stuff and a friend's, so while it was 63 a month after fees I'm only paying half of that, and only for 3 months instead of 4 (because of their first month free deal), its easy to get into and out of, and the staff is super friendly. I recommend it for Freshmen and Sophomores at CNU as well that have to move their stuff out but don't want to haul it all back home, or have their parents drive down to help pack it up into two cars or whatever. I saved money buying the storage unit since I don't have to pay for 2 extra trips worth of gas, or lose shifts at my job. My first two days back at work and I made all the money I'd need for the storage unit for the summer! (Plus no contract which is perfect).

Good space for the size I needed. I like the fact that no one can get in the facility with out my code.

Grear customer service

Helped us get what we needed, good location, told us how safe the area was and the storage space was just what we needed.

Everything with the storage is fine except that there's mandatory insurance they don't tell you about until you are about to sign your move-in contract. Also, I didn't like the fact that my storage unit didn't have lighting just because it's one of the smaller units. But it works for a student like me.
