This self storage facility, a multi-story all internal building, has unique features not found in other-run-of-the-mill storage facilities. Security is higher here because the building is completely locked up at night. No one can jump the fence and break into your unit. We have two convenient loading docks with plenty of flat bed transfer carts and a freight elevator to easily get your goods to the second and third floors. The entire building is also protected by a fire suppression system for added safety. Our storage managers are ready to help you select the right storage space for your needs. They can give you tips on the best ways to pack your goods for safety and to get the most into the smallest space. They can counsel you on how to protect your property and if we do not have the space you need we can recommend a nearby facility to help you out. We can also help you with all of your Moving needs. They advertised first month was free when it cost $42.00(fees and lock). My appointment was for 4 pm I tried for a 4:30 pm was told I needed to give time to fill out the paperwork. Although I spoke with a live person 3 times and received 3 emails. I arrived at 3:59 the door was locked with a sign stating the manager was touring the premises. At 4:15 he arrived stating he was unaware I had an appointment, and that I wasn't waiting that long (yes, he said that). He was very passive-aggressive. I departed to put the lock on my space. Noticing he put the wrong space number on the envelope of my paperwork when I attempted to go back to correct it again was locked with the sign on the door.

space was fine. I had difficulty getting the lift elevator doors open by myself. Would appreciate evening hours to accommodate long distance travel.

Good unit, great price! Easy to rent & grateful for free lock provided for military. Interior unit on second floor, have to use carts & elevator to move things back & forth. As long as youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not in a hurry, works out well. Only thing I would like to see is slightly longer access hours, have to be done moving by 5:30 pm.
