The unit was clean, reservation was smooth and easy to follow, and unit was ready with no issues.

This store worked with me when my online reservation had a lower price than what rang up in store and immediately helped out

Had problems with code another tenant tried but no luck but the service rep kept saying it was is not putting in right code But they had the same problem wirh their cold

Absolutely fabulous help during a very stressful transition.

I love my unit very clean and customer service is great.

We were looking for a clean, secure, climate controlled space to keep our stuff in for the move. We couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have asked for a better facility. The employees really care about the customers. Great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and moved me into my space quickly. The pricing is also great!

This location provided superb customer service when I found the need to rent a storage unit. They were helpful in locating a size in an acceptable location on the property. The price of the unit is half of what I would pay elsewhere. Would highly recommend this facility.

Very helpful and GREAT customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had all I needed and gave me options to make sure I knew what my options were. Though this facility was further than I wanted, I stayed because of the knowledge, friendliness and courtesy of the staff . Outstanding crew!

This facility is overrun with rats. Rats tore into my 10x20 unit and ruined EVERYTHING in the unit. The staff was not surprised when I told them of the situation, and did nothing to help me whatsoever. I could not salvage anything from my unit because it was saturated with rat feces and urine. They claim to have pest control come out every month, but that obviously is not true. Their "protection" package that I paid for every month did not cover their disgusting pest problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
