We were helped by Jade, and she was friendly & explained everything in detail. Great customer service! One star off because the surrounding area is not located in an area we could actually utilize after dark and it would be helpful if the storage area floors were swept after others depart.

This place has its pros and cons. Pros are the people there were friendly and worked perfect as a team. They also looked at each other as family. The con is the location is right by a city dump.

AAAA storage is extremely convenient, it's clean, reasonable and spacious it's perfect for college students looking to store their stuff for long breaks.

facility was near the campus and move-in went smooth. its located next to train tracks so you may have to wait for train to pass by to enter, but it won't take long. The rep was very nice. I will use this again for summer storage for my child.
