I was very satisfied with my service. The price was affordable. The customer service was very good. Only recommendations I would make is to add cameras at the facility and the locks were kind of pricey, Uhaul has the same lock for $7-8 dollars cheaper. I didn't see any cameras but if they were good job. Other than that the service was 5 star plus.

Very easy process. Was a little caught off guard about the mandatory insurance because I started the rental process online and the first representative did not mention it, but overall it was a great experience.

It was a good price, nice facility. The only problem was that the woman working at the front desk was slow. Not sure it was her or the computers.

I was beyond pleased with my visit at the Petersburg location today. I received the best customer service from Angela. She was very informative and honest. Sometimes you can get someone just trying to sell you anything (robotic) not in this case. So Ms. Angela thank you so much for making this a phenomenal experience and helping my husband and I with everything we needed. She is a great asset to this company.

But on Friday, July 24th, 2015, I was unexpectedly surprised when I entered Public Storage on South Crater Road, Petersburg, VA. It was a last minute deal because I was in immediate need of a storage unit but only required it for 3 weeks. Well that was no problem for Ms. Tori. I was met with a smile and amazing professionalism. She stopped what she was engaged in, escorted me to the available unit and we sealed in the deal in a matter of minutes. If you are in the need of storage in the Petersburg area, or if you would just like to be treated with professionalism and respect in a business setting, I strongly recommend you go visit with Ms. Tori and allow her to naturally brighten your day!
