I have had a storage unit here for over a year. The process to set up for a unit that was perfect for me was very easy. I set up auto pray so the bill would be taken out each 1st week of the month. Very easy access to my unit with my code, never an issue. I would love to give a shout-out to Ms. Lorraine; quit a few times I have spoken with her and she never fails to answer any question and then some of what I need to know. She is always all smiles! She has huge personality and is so down to earth! You can tell that she takes much pride in joy in her job.

On-line reservation advertised first month free. What a joke. No one told me about insurance, lock, etc. I got charged $11 insurance and had to bring in my homeowners policy to get that cancelled. Now i am waiting to see the $22 placed back on my credit card since i paid for two months. You need to be honest about the first month free thing.
