I called several storage companies in Fairfax County and Public Storage on Herndon Parkway by far exceeded my expectations. Brittany, the manager, followed up immediately and provided pricing, unit size and all information I needed. When I arrived at the property, she had all paperwork ready. She reviewed everything thoroughly and then took me to the unit. It was a perfect size and location for me. The price was the best compared to all other companies I called in the area. Brittany's professionalism, follow up and customer service skills are excellent. I'm very pleased with this location of Public Storage!

Brittany, the Manager, was extremely pleasant, helpful and organized. She was friendly, yet professional. Made me feel right at home. She patiently and thoroughly explained all information from choosing a storage unit to the details of the storage contract and policy. Brittany also answered my questions completely. She showed me various moving supplies that would make moving easier. I bought several and I'm glad I did. She took me to the gate, demonstrated how it worked. Next we saw 2 different sized storage units. The larger of the 2 fit my needs perfectly so I chose it. When I showed her pictures of the 6 pieces of furniture, Brittany even made several extremely helpful suggestions as to their placement in the storage storage unit. No storage room manager has ever done that in the many times I've rented storage units. I really appreciated that as I am "packing challenged!" I left that day feeling happy about renting a unit from Public Storage due to the outstanding job Brittany did in educating me about the storage facility and its units. This was reinforced when I moved my things into the unit on Feb 20.

I searched several businesses online and for location and cost Public Storage came out on top. The online reservation system was easy and convenient. They followed up the morning of my arrival with a phone contact and the young man "John" on duty at the site was pleasant and helpful.
