Overall the facility is good and I will use them again

I haven't used a lot of self storage so I don't have much to compare it to but it is clean and simple. The only complaints I might have are: *there is no light in the unit, only in the hallways, *there is no conveniently accessible electrical outlet, *There is an un-ramped entry access with a 2-3 inch ledge and a 3-4 inch ledge.

In this time of Covid 19 Pandemic, we greatly appreciated the extra care taken by employee to make us feel safe while inspecting a unit and registering for a 4 month (maybe longer) rental. The facility was just 3 miles from our house, was super clean, organized and the employee was wonderful! Friendly, articulate and very organized her her paperwork and information to share with us.

Employee wore face mask and spoke with us thru mail slot in glass door until time to sign paperwork. In these trying times we felt safe and greatly appreciated her professionalism! Articulate and nice person and very clean facility. Much appreciation

I am so thankful I found this unit. The price is great, the manager on site is very kind and friendly, and the unit is very clean.

I've been doing shows in Richmond for several years. I had to find a good small, affordable locker space to leave my displays, garment racks, and some inventory so that I didn't have to continually ship it down and ship it back to New York every time I needed it. Richmond Raceway storage is so convenient to where I need these items to be, whether I have have a show at Richmond Raceway or one of the local schools or churches. Everyone I talked to on the phone (starting with Oscar who told me about the space before I even saw it) to Amanda and Yanque were all really nice, and made me feel very comfortable about how thorough everyone is who I'd be working with. The facility itself is clean, new, easy to access, and the right price. I rented the smallest size--- 5' x 5' x 8' which easily holds everything I use. Thanks to everyone for a great space, great people and a great relief to not have to ship it back or forth anymore, and to finally have more space in my small city apartment! :-)

The place is clean and convenient.The 10x10 was a bit deceiving.Upon opening I was concerned our stuff wouldn't fit but We were able to fit the items from a 15' uhaul and still have a bit of room left. The price did go up from the quoted reservation price by 5$.All in all I would use this location again.

If you have ever rented a storage unit anywhere, then you know that the contracts, conditions and stipulations can drive you crazy. The staff at AAAA Laburnum did a fantastic job of explaining things to me. That convinced me to rent. Then, they did great job of directing me about how to best utilize my unit

Great customer service on inquiry visit so I sighed up. Shamika was my agent. She did a great job. I am leaving UHAUL at the diamond due to unacceptable customer service. I hope this works out. Not as great location, but lots of positive factors including the price

Checking in was quick and thorough. Our unit was clean and ready for move in. The process of renting a storage unit with the Laburnum Racetrack self storage and moving company was by far the easiest part of our cross country move!

This is a great facility. Staff are a great representation of what customer service should be. Very knowledgeable of company policy and able to give on the spot answers to all questions. I had a sudden move that was driving the family crazy. Being the summer time in Richmond, a lot of storage units were taken up. We had to try and move a 4 bed house into 5×10 units. The staff say us struggling and upgraded us to a huge unit for just 30 dollara extra. Really great place with nice staff!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The units were clean and easy to get to for loading and unloading. There are carts available to help move things in the buildings.

Everyone should go and put their things and this place

After checking on several facilities we decided on this location and we couldnt have picked a better facility. From the moment we walked in we felt the professionalism and customer service. Steve explained everything to us and gave us options and recommendations for our daughters belongings. After a bad experience last year with another facility it was welcoming to have an excellent experience this time. My daughter will definitely be recommending this facility to all her college friends.
