I first had a phone call which gave me all the information I needed. I then visited the site which exceeded my expectations. They had a special going that was within my budget and the rental unit was available.

I leased online, very easy process. Went into the office to ask a question and management was extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Would absolutely recommend!!

I've never rent a storage unit before and the man who called to confirm my appointment was informative and very currents to my lack of knowledge. He walked me through everything I would need during my appointment and gave me an accurate acessment of the time it would take to fill out paperwork and set up my account. When I got to my appointment, the weekend employee was so nice and friendly, I didn't feel at all foolish for fumbling through the set up or confused. The unit was exactly the size I needed and clean. The employee then help explain where I could park my vehicle without it being in the way or towed and personally put on the hand dolly and showed me how the latch worked. When I came back from loading up my belongings she was so nice to let me finish unloading and putting things in my unit to close out the paperwork. Best service and first experience I could ever ask for! Thank you!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The whole experience was stress free and easy. They were very clear with all the conditions. There weren't any hidden fees. The storage unit was clean. I highly recommend this place!!!

The service has always been outstanding. The manager and assistant manager always give me great customer service. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and comparable with other storage facilities.

He took the time to explain everything that we were signing to make sure we wouldn't caught with extra costs and he helped us set up payment in a way that worked best for us. We had a great experience and we will always go back for our storing needs.

I found the front desk representative, Brian, to be proffessional, courteous, well groomed, and very helpful in getting me in my new storage unit within 15 minutes after I arrived.
