Was looking for a place to hold my items while I switch apartments and heard great things about this location. Went in to talk with a gentleman and he was very nice and helpful.

The whole process of getting set up and completing paper work was easy and the storage area was clean and easily accesible.

I made my storage request on a Sunday morning online. I received a call from Suzanne, of LifeStorage, approximately 10 minutes after the facility had opened. She provided all the information that was needed, and more. Upon my arrival, Suzanne was professional, friendly, and very informative. The entire process took about 20 minutes including the viewing of the actual unit I would received. Suzanne went so far as to confirm, in the rain, that my access code was working properly. I highly recommend LifeStorage for a clean facility and excellent customer care.

I am very pleased with my unit. It fit all of things and my unit was easy to find. I also enjoyed the staff they were very welcoming, inviting, and helpful. The place was very clean and organized. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with this place. After their promotion is over they automatically increased my rent. Given that I already felt it was high, that it was insanely warm in the summer and chilly in the winter on the second floor, I was beyond disappointed. The staff is nice and the place is clean. So two stars.

I've never wanted to use a storage unit for a more "permanent" place to put my extra things but I ran out of safe places to keep things at home and found a deal at Life Storage that just made sense. Should the prices remain reasonable I see myself staying at this facility.

An easy and simple experience as it should be. Doug and Susan were great.

The space was easy to access. I was able to get my space, open it, and move items in without person-to-person contact. Orderly and clean street access area. Would recommend.

Susann was very friendly and helpful, escorted us to the unit, helped with the setup and then helped us switch to a different unit closer to the elevator. I had already received a phone call beforehand, which was also really nice. Great service and great experience! Facility is also nice and clean.
