It’s a little hot in there during the day, the ac needs to be fixed a little and my storage is around the other side. The door near my storage unit doesn’t open and has spider webs on door, so it looks like that doesn’t hasn’t been open for a long time. So I have to park in back and walk all the way around the the front

Clean facility and good customer service.

The video screen we spoke to should have been next to keypad when accessing storage area. Had to run half-way around the building to get more instructions and then back around to try again. Very frustrating.

There was a bag of half eaten candy bars and tick-tac container up on the wire mesh above my unit, and when I stood on top of furniture I brought into the unit and used a grabber out of my vehiicle to get that stuff, I looked down the hallway that my unit was at the corner of, and there were boxes and bags and deflated childrens balls or balloons. The woman on the screen was helpful, I'm so glad that was available to me, but the map you sent me via email was the wrong floor.

The price is good, the place is clean . They called immediately to help but it was too hard to sign the lease on the phone . I went to the facility to do so and the rep told me i had to do it electronicallyﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ either way no biggie, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m grateful for the unit

There are no entrances to first-floor storage units without stairs or elevators. The main entrance goes into a landing that requires a half-floor elevator ride down to the level the units are on, or several stairs if cart usage isn't necessary. Other entrances directly access the first floor, but they have stairs on the outside of the building. I went to the entrance that appeared to have the easiest access, with a little car-height loading dock, only to find the keypad there was not working. I informed the virtual attendants to be told that it was getting fixed tomorrow, but I haven't been back to confirm that yet. There doesn't appear to be anyone that works on-site here. You walk into a room with a screen that blares at you that someone will be there soon. It works, but every time the screen reactivates, a different agent is helping you, which removes a little consistency. The facilities themselves seem a little less polished and clean, and I wonder if this is also because no one is on site. I mentioned these items for information, but they in no way caused me to rethink my rental.

Staff was polite and made everything easy

Overall nice facility, only two things that made it a 4 star instead of 5 star. First, there is no close entrance to where my unit is meaning I have to go all the way through the building to get to my unit. Second, the elevators arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the cleanest. However, they offer moving carts and the staff is great. They also have plenty of different sizes to choose from.

The whole process went so smoothly. I was shown the unit I would be renting to make sure it was big enough for my items. The woman in the office (unfortunately I did not catch her name) was so friendly and knowledgeable. The price I got for my unit was the best value I've seen for a unit of its size.

This facility is very clean. Multiple levels makes accessing your storage unit a bit more difficult, but there are dollies available that made it much easier than I anticipated. The price is lower than other storage companies too and no price increases until the start of the year.

My interactions with both of the lovely folks running this facility was terrific. They were kind and informative, and willing to work with my schedule and my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me for a storage facility. Rover should be proud of this team.

After getting my reservations for a storage unit I spoke with Jeffery at Rover storage units! Jeffery knew his stuff and was very helpful showing us the unit while talking on the phone directing us to it. I just moved stuff into a unit here. Their pricing is on par or lower than other places nearby. Access, once inside, getting to your unit is a little cumbersome and no carts were available when we were moving in, but my movers had one of their own, fortunately. The place is clean and very well lit and the manager, Jeffrey, is very accommodating and helpful. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve spoken to both he and his brother who runs another location and both were great.

The manager is who I talked to about getting a unit. He was fabulous! Dealing with the paper work online was enough to make me want to go else where but he nice and answered our questions.

So far I have been very pleased with Rover Self Storage. From the customer service to the cleanliness, it has been A. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I'm terrible with names, but the guy who helped me out was super friendly and informative. I was given multiple unit options and got a tour of the place. The unit is clean and more spacious than I actually expected at a great price point. First month is just the administrative cost of $20 and if get the unit mid-month they pro-rate the rental cost for the second month. I was only planning on having the unit for a month while I find an apartment but I may keep it to keep materials for future projects.

Wonderful customer service . Jeffrey was extremely helpful and offered to be there after hours to let my son in.
