the manager called me to help with my reservation on move in day. after that, move in went very smoothly.

The staff were very polite and helped me find the pepper storage size for my things. My overall experience with this facility was great.

It was easy to do the online registration. Follow up was immediate. The in store payment, picking of a unit and paperwork was smooth. The agent was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others. I gave a 4 rather than a 5 as the units lock access is really hard to close and some parts of facility seems a little run down.

From my experience on-line in reserving my space to the follow-up call from Desmond everything was extremely positive. Upon arrival Desmond showed me my space and was very thorough with explaining everything to me. I wish more places had your customer service!
