Had to figure out locking mechanism but after few minutes I got threw and everything was easy to go.

Very good storage good price and pleasant staff.

I was highly disappointed to have had a reservation confirmation email. Only to arrive at the facility and learn through the call center that my reservation was cancelled, but the unit was still available. The agent from the call center did assist me with acquiring the same unit but at a higher rates. I was totally disappointed. No on-site assistance until almost 4pm.

Carolyn was nice and professional. She showed me the unit to make sure it was the size I needed.

Ms. Carolyn, who manages the Bloom Lane location, makes sure you have everything you need so i use public storage every time i move. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone. Great Job!

Do not like having to exit my car to enter gate code. One man staff can be inconvenient, late fee/ fees (hey, it happens) are excessive.

The motion or sensor lights were defective, making it difficult to see anything.

I am extremely pleased with the personnel Public Storage has at the Richmond, VA location. The manager that helped me was knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. The only thing that I did not like was all the "hidden" fees to start a contract. They advertise $1 pays first month's rent but fail to mention that you will have to pay $18 for a lock, $24 Admin fee, and other bs. After all the charges I ended up paying almost $65. My monthly unit is $75. I pretty much paid almost the full amount for the first month. Please state the costs clearly.

I have had nothing but great experiences, everytime Ive got a public storage.

Please consider lights and cameras 24/7 inside small bins collection, if not already there.

The price is very good. I only needed a 5x5 unit, the storage is kept clean and the staff has been very friendly. The down side would be that I didn't like having to purchase another lock that I already had from previously renting from Public Storage. It was shared with me that it comes in the package. It was also not shared with me prior to renting that I needed insurance. I thought I had time. Long story short, it was cheaper but I would have looked into it prior to moving in.
