I moved out the other day, Theresa was quick and friendly!! She needs a cart to get around, it had started raining really bad when we went back to check the storage. Thankfully she offered me an umbrella!! Great customer service!!

5 STAR - Excellent customer service ! Friendly, knowledgeable customer service these days is hard to find. I have had to relocate and now have a much smaller home so I needed to find additional space that was convenient for me. This place was perfect, its right on my way to and from work downtown but still close to home if I need to get something out. Teresa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable about placing my things in storage here. Thank you Teresa...

Employee was knowledgeable about what size unit I would need. I was pleased with all except the fact of hidden fees she didn't disclose to me until once I was preparing to sign my papers. There was a one-time administrative fee and you have to purchase rental insurance policy with them. I didn't like that was shared at the end of my transaction. Also I find out the prices stated online aren't the same as when you go into the office. I found that misleading and the price was significantly higher in office. I am hoping to not have to store my belongings very long. A 5x15 is $71.00 a month. To me that is costly.

My last visit consisted of renting additional space. The Manager was making her rounds to ensure all property was secure. I had to wait which was no problem. I knew she didn't have a cell phone when making her appointed rounds. She was professional, approachable, very knowledgeable, knew my needs and concerns. I was hoping for a reduced rental price since I already had a rental space. I am paying what was requested. The area is secure, and I know my property is well cared for.
