This storage facility gave me exactly what I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. The facility has a locked gate at the front and a machine to type your code into, so there is an extra layer of security. The storage unit was unlocked upon arrival with a new lock and key waiting inside. It was super easy, and a good price. You can fill out all of your paperwork online so you can just drive right in when you need to use the unit, no office hassle involved. If you do prefer to do things in person, they have people on sight as well during regular business hours. They have full and half sized units, and the half size that I bought was big enough for everything in my studio apartment with room to spare.

I shopped around for about 3 days trying to find a place for my things. I encountered a lot of extra prices and unclear fees. When I arrived here, I was met with swift service, clean storage, and good value for what I needed. Excellent, friendly customer service and I even got a free lock. Best storage unit in town by far!

I must admit this was my very first experience in renting a storage unit. I contacted Public Storage first based on their reviews, & reputation. Though I did contact 5 other local storage units the same day, in the area. From the very first call the gentlemen was very polite, smart and knew his product and all that it had to offer. Being a newbie to this, he answered many questions I had. He never rushed me, and nor did I feel it was a total sales pitch. He was patience and explained everything. In the first call he mentioned how they check the locks every morning, do pest control, and checks regularly. To myself it is really a big deal when you are storing expensive furniture. When I called other places I felt rushed,and it felt as if they assumed I knew the system and basically told me rates and spaces. Nonetheless I called Public Storage back to make a reservation. I set the time, and I was early that morning ( at least 30 to 45 minutes) and I went right in. Mark was there at the time, he promptly showed me a couple of units to meet my needs. All together I would say it took 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I was leaving with my keys. I am very pleased with my choice so far. They really make moving a lot less stressful, and it puts you at ease knowing your belongings are safe and sound! Thank you again Public Storage, anyone who ask me about a storage unit I will send them your way!

Unable to reach site management Sun, and Mon January 25, and 26.. plowed snow pushed up against the gate on Sun prevented access to gate and all storage units. Monday gate was clear of snow, but when I entered my access code, gate would not open. I have left messages and phone calls have not been answered.. I paid for Dec 20, 2015 through January 31 but I received a bill asking for an additional $47 for period of Jan 20- 31.

The space is great, especially for the price. My only complaint is that there is no light in the unit. Hopefully it will get fixed ASAP.

Several weeks ago we moved our furniture into the facility on Staples Mill Road. Mark, was quick to realize that the unit we had reserved was too small for our needs. He showed us several other options via a golf cart tour of the facility. One we settled on a unit, check in was quick and easy. Mark was professional and friendly throughout the entire transaction. If needed we would definitely use this facility for any additional or future storage needs we may have.
