The move-in was great, but the pricing For a 6 x 4 is kind of outrageous to pay $70 for it

i have stored things before and i was very satisfied and the people there were nice and helpful when you needed.

Everything was very simple. The only thing that I would have liked to have had is written directions to the unit.

All good. Easy move in great local management. Would recommend to others.

Friendly great customer service upon your arrival

Located closely by home. Easy check in and directions to unit. Was able to move in that morning later that evening come back the elevator was down. We had a truck full of our items we needed to store, but our unit is on the 3rd floor. Called on Wednesday elevator has been fixed, unfortunately we canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t unloaded our truck until the weekend when our help is off.

Elevator is to small for bed had to use stairs to the third floor

There was damage one of the entrance doors it was a inconvenience and the elevaters don't allow time to load before alarm sounds there should be away to hold doors a little longer to allow time to load! The customer service was great!

Quick easy process to get signed up, clean facility, awesome staff

The manager was very helpful in deciding which size unit to rent and she really keeps it clean. Very friendly

Rhonda and the team rock! Easy check-in, nice facility, competitive prices, and secure environment. Only thing I'd recommend is leaving a cart unlocked for the later-hours customers.
