She Is A Very Kind & Loving Young Lady Who Cares About People. She Is A Gold Medal Winner And Has A Remarkable Demeanor Of Professionalism & Compassion With Her Customers. Chay, You Rock For Public Storage All The Time!!! You Are Outstanding!!

I was afraid there wouldn't be enough room since my last spyware was full and I was adding extra items, but because of the added height I actually had room to spare. Also the staff was friendly and helpful, even though the entire process can be completed online.

Angie was great! I walked in not even looking at the fact that it was 6 minutes until closing and I was coming to get a storage unit but she didn't have an attitude or anything she serviced me like she had all day. She made sure I new exactly what I was getting myself into she was patient with my indecisiveness because I switched storage unfits twice. Great customer service !!

Storage area was clean. Very helpful and made sure you understood everything before you signed. Walked you through everything showed you the unit made sure it fit your needs. I loved Angie very nice and easy to get along with. Will be using them again and referring people.

Lisa was wonderful. She explained everything I needed to make this transition as easy as possible. Price is more than quoted but only because you have to purchase insurance and the lock... but definitely worth $1 for 1St month.. can't beat it.. I saved $111 either way you look at it!!! Lisa, the property manager at our local Public Storage in Roanoke, Va., went above and beyond in customer service. This was not only my first time storing anything in an off-site storage unit, but it had to be done in a very short window. She educated me on everything I needed to know and showed me the best way to reserve my unit in order to maximize my cost savings. People buy from people, and I can't speak highly enough of her knowledge and overall professionalism.
