The staff is very friendly and helpful since I am new to the area gave recommendations on dining and things to do in the area.

Great customer service and the storage unit is very clean. I like that the whole site is very secure.

Overall I liked this Facility. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like that on top of the price you also have to buy a lock for your unit. The employees were friendly but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move the quickest and when you have a moving truck only for a couple of hours thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit of an inconvenience.

Easy to reserve and change, if necessary. Up front honesty on charges and monthly payment systems. Very friendly and helpful with all aspects. Clean facility and locker.

I'm not completely sure if all places do this, but an admin fee and insurance fee is a little out of hand.

The service I received was great. The people are very sweet, informative and helpful. The facility seems well maintained and in a safe area. And it's the lowest priced facility I could find!

Easy registration and sign in. Was able to access unit immediately and had gate code working by the time I left.

This is the first time I've used the storage facility and I will definitely use it again but you need the entrance and exiting keypad on the left as you drive out of the facility

Took forever to sign in. Wrong size unit given. Had to do paperwork again. New unit had tons of spider webs. Ceiling was duct taped and still falling down. Rat trap and snake skins visible. Nice that they had dollys to use.

The lady who helped me check in and get the unit open was friendly and helpful!
