Office was at a separate location from the unit which was slightly irritating and the check in took a bit longer than expected but the service was super friendly and the unit was clean and as described. Concrete slab was rough rather then smooth. Worked fine for us but may be a concern for others that want to slide heavy items into the units.

I have just relocated back home in roanoke after over 6yrs was in dire need of 10x20 climate controlled unit winters storage all around had everyone beat as far as pricing climate controlled secured and video surveillance. Helps me feel more at ease with my insecurities especially with my parents possessions that hold deep sentimental value. They even had 2 wheel dolly and a moving cart for their customer convenience

We needed to go with the cheapest storage we could find and unfortunately we realize this is a pay for what you get type of deal. For around 10$ more a month we can get a much safer location with cameras and a gated entry. This location has none of those things and due to the set up there, we are considering finding a new place next month. This is not the fault of the business. They warned us about this location and advised us to take the other location that is much safer. I guess we should have listened. So to clarify, we would recommend Winters, just not this downtown location.
