Winter's Storage - Vinton

The facility is very nice and the people very courteous and helpful. Like most storage units I feel they are all overpriced so I cannot complain.

I feel the price is high for a 5x5. $63.00 a month.😔 for someone on social security.

Nice place can rent storage and a u haul truck with out a lot of running around.

I have had my best experiences storing at family owned storage facilities. It's clean, safe, and the hours, location are great! Brooke was terrific on sign in.

Rented a climate controlled unit. Person at sign in was pleasant and helpful. Nice to have service cart available at the entryway. Unit was clean.

It has good security and is clean looking. It could be a little better on the temp for the temp controlled units as it was quite hot last night.

These guys have a wide variety of storage units to chose from! They are friendly helpful and caring. The security at this location makes you feel very comfortable to leave you items there.

I do not have anything stored there yet so I cannot rate everything, however, the site appears secure, the pricing is as expected, it is very clean, and the woman working in the office is fantastic!

Office was at a separate location from the unit which was slightly irritating and the check in took a bit longer than expected but the service was super friendly and the unit was clean and as described. Concrete slab was rough rather then smooth. Worked fine for us but may be a concern for others that want to slide heavy items into the units.

I needed a unit fast, and had one in less than a week. The unit was a little difficult to find since it wasn't behind the main office, but the cost was reasonable and the staff very informative and made sure I had everything I needed.

I have just relocated back home in roanoke after over 6yrs was in dire need of 10x20 climate controlled unit winters storage all around had everyone beat as far as pricing climate controlled secured and video surveillance. Helps me feel more at ease with my insecurities especially with my parents possessions that hold deep sentimental value. They even had 2 wheel dolly and a moving cart for their customer convenience

Very good at main location but second Vinton Rental area was hard to locate. No phone book listings and I only found it once onlime

I have used winters be for and i wouldnt trust my classic harley to store at a local harley shop but i do at winters thank you

This was so easy to do! I so recommend this service!!!

We needed to go with the cheapest storage we could find and unfortunately we realize this is a pay for what you get type of deal. For around 10$ more a month we can get a much safer location with cameras and a gated entry. This location has none of those things and due to the set up there, we are considering finding a new place next month. This is not the fault of the business. They warned us about this location and advised us to take the other location that is much safer. I guess we should have listened. So to clarify, we would recommend Winters, just not this downtown location.
