I have been extremely impressed with the attention to my needs shown by Store Manager Stephanie in search of the perfect storage solution for me. Stephanie's store/office space and the units I saw were very clean and inviting. She was detailed, very friendly and courteous, and of course efficient. She went out of her way to check with other storage units in the area to see if they might have other options for me, and was prompt to inform me. I am very pleased to have chosen this BRAND, and to also have met these 3 wonderful Store Managers this week, one of whom I've chosen to rent my space from. ESS Human Resources has done an excellent job of choosing wonderful Store Managers with skills and heart! Thank you!

Place is clean. Move in was super easy. Kind of sucks that there is a time cut off when being able to enter the storage. I guess I'm use to the 24 hour ones.

Love the storage, good customer service and is super clean. I never been to a storage that smells good, this one does. I probably going to need a large size to storage my furniture. Probably I will use them again for my second storage.
