Public Storage - Stafford - 521 Garrisonville Rd

Friendly staff, very helpful, clean space and lots.

This place has got the system down. I found them via their website, reserved by space with a few clicks (choices of climate controlled or outside, drive up or interior, etc...very detailed). Then I was able to register, put my payment info in, receive my space number and then download their app for access. All in 10 min. I pulled right in, went to the space, and found a lock provided (the climate controlled spaces seem to only take one type of keyed lock, so they provided it) as well as my insurance paperwork. I never even stopped at the front office. This was important to me because I was moving equipment for work and needed to get to several locations quickly. I'm a big fan. Well done!

Gates needs to be fixed but other than that a great place.

After booking my unit at this facility, I asked about the push cart/dolly at the location. (They were not mentioned during the tour) I was told there was "1" "ONE" CART for the WHOLE unit/facility. Not cool at allllllllll. All the other were stolen/missing. You literal have to search the WHOLE complex to find that 1 cart/dolly. Ms Simpson

THE PROCESS WAS VERY SIMPLE WITH EVERYONE BEING VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING.

My unit is having traces of and large rat droppings present on my boxes and on the floor. Even as I sweep them out the next time I stop by there are more. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m afraid of what may jump out every time I have to open it. I am presently looking for a new facility to move my belongings before they are damaged or infested. This is going to cost me more time and money to move my stuff again.

Unit rented was clean, and I was pleased with the temperature it was kept at. Erica, the customer service rep, was also very friendly and very helpful in exposing all the fine details about the rental agreement and making sure I had everything set up prior to moving in.

Moved to the Stafford area from another state with a large amount of items to store which caused an issue with Public Storage. Public Storage has an overnight parking policies in which a truck cannot be parked overnight until it can be picked up by the moving company. Since the company I used to transfer my items parks a truck until the next working day this caused some issues and concerns. I spoke with Sydney about this dilemma and the circumstances. She was determined that we could make it work and thought out of the box so when the truck arrives tomorrow there will be no issues. Moving to another state has enough rough roads, to worry about how to coordinate the delivery of your items is a whole other angst. I am very appreciative of how Sydney took control to find a solution. She definitely went above and beyond her role and it is greatly appreciated!!

Natalie is truly the most hardworking individual at this location. Anytime I go in with my friend to help her with her unit, Natalie seems to be the only one I notice actually working. She definitely exceeds what is expected and is a great asset to the company!

Thanks to Shay (in the Stafford location) for making my leasing experience smooth and easy. I only needed a very small space that wouldn't hurt my budget. So, I am happy with what Public Storage offered.

Rates jumped substantially after 6 months so moved to smaller unit - however, forced to buy a new lock for the new unit @ $20! So now I have an unused lock. People's leftover junk cluttering the hallway.

I would recommend this PS. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only SNAFU I had was when I showed up to store my trailer, they were surprised that I was actually coming to store something, and not just look at the storage area. Also, this location had very little "in front of the gate area" to park my vehicle and trailer so I could go inside and do the paperwork. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.
