Devon Self Storage - 9005 - Sterling

I have been 2 months claiming to adjust the fee to 30 USD as agreed in the reservation, and also give me the refund, since I was charged more. Now it is the 3rd month and they even charged me even more, without answering my email. When I went for the first time, office was closed since the owner had a personal problem. I can understand that. When he got the place after 40 minutes waiting, he realized that the number he gave me by phone was wrong and we cannot open the storage. They gave me another one and I had to buy the locker and come back and move all my stuff. Still waiting for a response, refund and the right fee for October.

The person I worked with was very helpful and a delight. The whole process was seamless. Will definitely recommend based on pricing and customer service

The price of the self storage unit is way cheaper than other places yet providing the same services. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

The cost to reserve were reasonable and the person taking care of you will ensure that you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any questions or concerns. They are here to save you some $ during this hard times. Feels like a family owned and operated center

Excellent service. The only problem was my original reservation was booked on the wrong date by the 800# so when I got to the location there was a little problem with finding it.

The front desk lady was very welcoming. The area is pretty quiet there are no major roads around it and that is nice. The storages themselves are pretty clean.

the actual storage units are old and there isn't much light, i did hear (however) they were going to rebuild the place. other than that, it's your tipical storage unit, the pricing was great!
