Public Storage - Sterling - 1800 South Sterling Blvd

I initially chose this facility 3 years ago because of the great storage rates. Little did I know every 6 months they were going to raise my rent. They have now raised my rent $80 every 6 months for the past few years, and the storage unit has now become unaffordable. I’m paying close to $500 a month for a 10x10 unit. I wish I had known this ahead of time, I would have found somewhere else to store my items. I will be moving out as soon as I can. I do not recommend this place.

After a bad experience at another storage unit, we found this one and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very happy with the experience. Facility seems to be very secure, and Jocelyn was great at helping us get all of the paperwork completed

Mr.Johnson was very helpful in explaining things to me concerning the rental involvement and with any other information that I needed to know . I would give him a five star rating.

Insulation under door was weathered and broken. Seems like it would allow dust and potentially water into unit. Manager was very helpful.

Aside from the hours of availability, I must say that it is a great location and the Gentleman in-charge/manager David at this Sterling Virginia location, is an outstanding individual. David has gone out of his way to take care of any concern or need. He is genuinely friendly, approachable, patient and knoledgable. I have already recommended this location to friends, family and coworkers.

New, clean, the manager Noak was very professional, courteous, and explained every single detail to me. I didn't have to wait, I did a reservation online and after fee minutes, he call me to give the welcome and ask me how he can help me to do this transition smoothly for me. I would recommend this Public Storage to any one.

Rented space here and I am very pleased with the service. Sarah was efficient, friendly and helpful. The location and prices are hard to beat. This is my second time renting from Public Storage and I have always had a great experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this location today and were very pleased by the experience that Sarah had given us. She has such a great personality and was very helpful with our search. So helpful, that we just went ahead and rented out a storage unit without looking anywhere else (not exaggerating). We shared a lot of laughs which is a great quality to find whenever you're out and about or if you're having a stressful week. She also gave us a lot of helpful tips when storing our items. This place is also in a nice location so you're not fighting a lot of traffic like you would be if it was off of a main road. No wonder this place has a 4.9 star review. Keep it up Public Storage and Sarah!

All I can say is that I went in not knowing anything about public storage spaces in general, came out with a very clear understanding of the process. I even got a really good deal so I ended up reserving one on the spot!
