the code didn't work for getting in, so not a pleasant experience

The code did not work, so it was not a positive experience. We had to follow someone in and out.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS PLACE. Our rent has gone up over 100% in two years. The rent quoted online is 200/month for a 10x15, however we were notified that ours is increasing to 300/month at the beginning of the month. I requested that they reduce it to what they have published, they said no. They said they could not do anything at the office. This place is a classless rip-off and should never be used. My homeowner's insurance covers insurance, but they said they don't care - they want another 15/month for that or don't take the unit. I have never felt so taken advantage of - it makes my blood boil. The good news is that there are hundreds of these places in my area and I am not giving them any more money. I hope you don't either - you can do better. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and avoid stress. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. COSTS IN THIS AREA HAVE NOT GONE UP.

Excellent costumer services, clean and neat place.

Perla was very helpful. The facility is new and clean, no issues with anything.

Temperature controlled advertising misleading. The temperatures are much higher than normal. Run higher than other storage facilities. We noted that it runs approximately 75 to 80 degrees with a lot of humidity. Be careful what you store expecting a climate controlled environment.
