This facility is convenient to where I live and has environmentally controlled units. The only drawback is that there are short stairways in the building I am in, and no carts that I could see....the stairs kind of cuts off the ability to use carts for this first-floor unit anyway. The unit is suitable for my needs since I wont be coming here often, and otherwise provides easy access. The office staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and personable; many thanks!

My decesased son left a storage area full of items and it fell to me and his brothers to take care of the items inside. I was assisted by the locatiion Manager, Michael who was incredibly kind and helpful in opening the area [we did not have the key] and moving to another unit where all items will be safe until we have the time to go through each box. Michael could not have gone further beyond what would be expected.

The only thing I would change is the "gate access" It would be nice to just drive up to the access box instead of having to get out of your vehicle coming and going. Everything else is GREAT!

Exceptional customer service !!! The property manager, JUJU was very friendly and polite; she answered all the questions I had and I was totally satisfied. She is very professional, helpful & courteous. She made the whole experience extremely smooth. I would recommend it to my friends and my family.

Came in to grab some supplies to move and Juju made the recommendation to buy a moving quilt so we didn't damage our antique mirror. SOOOOOO helpful. Hopefully I won't move again soon but if I do I hope she's still there to assist me

The staff here is very friendly. Prices are reasonable and we got the online deal which made it super cheap. The facility is clean and they have a bathroom just in case.

I had a great experience with my storage rental. The store manager (Juju) was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. She helped me find the right size unit for my needs and made the paperwork easy. The bonus was a clean, dry, well lit unit to keep my things in!.

Compared prices over the Web; Public Storage was lowest cost. Property manager was extremely cooperative - especially considering that the corporate office failed to notify her of our late arrival. The property manager discussed our needs and let us see a unit first, to ensure we got the right size. Nice and clean building and unit.

The staff is super friendly and helpful but the grounds have major security issues. The front gate is broken (but supposed to be getting fixed soon). The major security issue is that the back privacy fence has fallen over in places.

When i went to rent the storage unit had great customer service. I was shown which unit we would be renting and full details about the cost and hours of operation. Would recommend Public Storage to others for their rental needs.
