The representative was nice friendly and accommodating. It was almost closing time when I arrived but she didn't make me feel rushed. Facility is clean and they included a rolling rack to put things on. That was very helpful.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The unit I rented which is 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢X20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ is very reasonably priced and was very clean at time of move in. They also have a box truck that can be rented out for a reasonable price. The storage facility has an automated gate and high fences that provide excellent security.

Best price I found in all VA beach with the help of Sparefoot. Staff was great, I'd expect they'd bend over backward to help their customers.
