Public Storage - Virginia Beach - 1409 Diamond Springs Road

I believe her name was Josie. I might be wrong; it's been a long weekend. I walked into the office stressed and in a tizzy. I had booked a unit that was too small at the wrong place. After reviewing options and transferring paperwork, she was able to resolve all of my issues and saved the sale. She was empathetic, patient, and kind. I only want to ever deal with her as customer service on the phone is not very thorough. I would have preferred to have had the one month free like advertised, but it was unclear that the promo was for specific locations, and unclear that the sizes were too, and the pricing. I ended up renting in the completely wrong location and wrong size, plus when I moved, I did NOT get the one free month promo. It was completely overlooked on the phone. It was explained to me in the office, so the MANAGER is getting ALL the good credit, but Public Storage gets a 2-star. They actually confirmed it was still good. I was almost ready to just cancel it all if it hadn't been for her. Public Storage needs to streamline their promos and website. Also, they need better phone agents.

The space that I moved my stuff into is pretty nice and clean from what I have expected. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was good to go for me.

I have rented at this facilty for some time now and this location is a great choice to rent from. Keith is always pleasant and goes over and beyond to make sure your experience renting with them is great. It is very clean and I have not had any problems whatsoever. Choose Diamond Springs and ask for Keith, you wont be disappointed!! :-)

Employees are helpful and efficient. The gentleman who signed me up was very cordial and friendly. Had to get help locking the unit on one of my early visits and the employee didn't hesitate to walk to my unit and help me. Good clean area. Would recommend to friends.

The only complaint I have is that when I rented my space and the employee took me to see it, the light didn't work. I asked if they would fix that and was told they would. Here it is my second month and the light is still NOT fixed!
