I spoke with one of your online representatives this past Saturday, and she was very helpful. On Sunday I went to your storage facility located at 3033 Buckner Blvd in Virginia Beach to finalize my rental agreement for my storage space. Your on-site manager was also very helpful. The storage space was clean and both your online representative and your on-site manager we're both very professional, well informed, very friendly and helpful.

This place is great!!! I used public storage when I lived in Chicago and I was happy to see one right next to our house! Rebecca and Susan are awesome!! From the time of me first getting there and asking to see units from the time that I moved my stuff in they were extremely helpful!! Very polite, they were all smiles, and are both actually hilarious! I would recommend anyone to come here and store with them! It was quick and easy the facility is clean and well kept!! Thanks again ladies for helping me out!!! :)

I was blessed to meet with Karen as the Public Storage representative. She was the nicest and most professional person you could find around here. The contract details were clearly and concisely explained during the process. She also asked me about my items to see if I have selected the right size for myself.
