Rented my storage from here I was frazzled in a complete rush. Karen was efficient and effective covering everything and getting me in and out. They care about your belongings and offered me everything I needed it was a 1 stop shop minus my truck. I would def recommend doing business with them.

I had a very pleasant time getting my storage unit. Lady in the office was very informative and nice.

I made several calls to storage facilities in the area, but YOU were the closest to my home, and offered a great price for what I needed. I had absolutely no problems signing up for the storage unit, and the staff was sure to point out the extras (tape, boxes, etc.) in case I needed to get any. Plus your hours are perfect for us. Opening early and staying open late was another big plus. Thank You so much

Such a smooth transaction and everything was clear that was presented to me.

I do not like the fact that you have to get out of your car to punch in the code for entry and exit. In fact, I don't see the need to have to punch in a code to exit at all. There should be a sensor that allows cars to leave when they pull up to it without having to enter a code. (Other facilities I have used operate this way). Other than that, I am pleased with the customer service, and the faciilty is clean and well run.

When you have major changes happening in your life and storage is part of the process, it is such a relief to have a reliable, safe and affordable option. The Public Storage facility I chose is all of these and the staff is great!

The manager helped me set up my account and fix my smart phone apt. I am technology challenged. I was shown a unit and boxing material that I needed She also loaded my car. It's a good place to experience.

I was supposed to make a payment but did not have the funds available! I spoke to Karen and she said it would be okay if I paid it when I got paid and that was really a blessing to me! Thanks Karen!
