Rented my storage from here I was frazzled in a complete rush. Karen was efficient and effective covering everything and getting me in and out. They care about your belongings and offered me everything I needed it was a 1 stop shop minus my truck. I would def recommend doing business with them.

I made several calls to storage facilities in the area, but YOU were the closest to my home, and offered a great price for what I needed. I had absolutely no problems signing up for the storage unit, and the staff was sure to point out the extras (tape, boxes, etc.) in case I needed to get any. Plus your hours are perfect for us. I do not like the fact that you have to get out of your car to punch in the code for entry and exit. In fact, I don't see the need to have to punch in a code to exit at all. There should be a sensor that allows cars to leave when they pull up to it without having to enter a code. (Other facilities I have used operate this way). Other than that, I am pleased with the customer service, and the faciilty is clean and well run.
