Public Storage - Virginia Beach - 4400 Princess Anne Road

The arrangements went well with one exception. With the Covid-19 Pandemic completing the sign-up online should have been an option. But that was not possible, Public Storage required me to go to their office to complete the unit rental.

Upon arrival, my storage unit was ready. I filled out paperwork which took less than 5 minutes, given a quick tour and offered supplies if needed. No complaints.

Went in today to get my first storage unit and Keith made the process super easy. The complex looks very clean and kept up. Also it's a plus that it is located in a safe area. It puts my mind at ease storing my belongs there.

Keith was super helpful in helping us decide what size storage space we would need. I was able to visit the space before deciding. It is very secure and clean. I was really happy to discover that promotions were available, so we ended up spending about half of what we expected to get started. I like that there is no commitment contract, which fits our month-to-month needs very well.

I went in today never having used a storage unit before, stressed out about moving. Not only was Victoria incredibly helpful and professional in getting me set up and understanding the process, but she was so warm and friendly. For 10 minutes of the process, I felt like I was just having a convo with a new friend. She made me very comfortable and I'm looking forward to working with her as the site manager! A+++ for customer service!

Quick and absolutely perfect for what I needed to be stored. Victoria was assisting me and was able to provide all kinds of helpful tips on storing my household items. She also allowed me to see the unit before I rented it, provided the correct lock type, and set up my account for auto-pay all within a 30 minute timeframe!
